2. In Office Physical Exam
3. Blood and Urine Test
4. Electrocardiogram
5. Audiogram
6. Exercise Stress Test if 40yo or >50yo.We will Provide you with the Requisitions for the Required Investigations Once Appointment Payment is Received.Additional Investigations May be Required Depending on Findings.
